Zimhost delivers, in a 2 day programme, low cost, short duration, high impact customer service skill training.
The Zimhost National Office provides vision and direction, programme materials and development, national and international awareness.
It works through Local Host Organisations in communities to co-ordinate and provide an integrated approach that benefits the community.
Local Leaders in each community deliver the workshop.
Workshop participants become Zimhosts and are awarded a certificate and lapel badge.
ZimHost Businesses are created when 60% of their staff are Zimhosts, and they can use the Zimhost logo for identification and marketing purposes.
When 60% of all businesses in a community become Zimhost Businesses, the community is accredited with Zimhost Community status
